March 15, 2010CULINA opens at Four Seasons Hotel – Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

Culina – from the latin word for “Kitchen” is the new hot spot at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills featuring modern Italian cuisine under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Victor Cassanova. Spend some time wine-tasting on tables made from 200-year-old Magnolia wood or sampling some of Executive Chef Cassanova’s hand crafted pasta, all while bathed in an environment tailored by the programming team from Prescriptive Music.

Let your taste buds savor the Pappardelle served with slow-cooked lamb ragu or watch Los Angeles’ only “live action” crudo bar serving marinated shrimp with lemon oil, basil, Italian parsley and pepercino all while savoring a wine from Culina’s 200 plus wine list or a signature cocktail like the Rosemary Limoncello.

Finish your night with a decadent dessert by chef Frederico Fernandez such as a cannoli filled with olive oil gelato and crystallized pistachios.
