Using their alter-ego, Parkay Quarts, the Parquet Courts have announced their new record Content Nausea ahead of their late winter-2014 tour which will take them to the US and Europe.

Recorded over a 2 week period to four-track tape, the album features a cover of Nancy Sinatra’s “These Boots Are Made for Walking”.

In support of the record, the band has also released the first single off the record, entitled “Uncast Shadow of a Southern Myth”, listen to it here:
