It’s news Black Eyed Peas fans have been longing for. Assuming there are Black Eyed Peas fans. After having been wonderfully silent for the past 5 years (they announced their hiatus in 2011) former BEP frontman Will.I.Am shared some big news yesterday (April 7).
While promoting his new single “Boys & Girls” featuring Pia Mia, Will.I.Am told UK radio station Capital FM, “There will be a Black Eyed Peas reunion. It breaks my heart that I even have to say that because, really, we should just always have been doing Black Eyed Peas, actually.”
Everyone may not agree with that last sentiment, it does sound like Will.I.Am is ummm, fixing his priorities. After the genuinely lackluster reception of his 2 most recent solo albums along with his hologram appearance on CNN and a career-embarrassing remix video of an entertainment show theme song, you can only really hope for the best.
