Christopher Gallant aka Gallant, Originally from Columbia Md, moved to NYC to study music and when that didn’t happen he moved to LA for a better chance of his music being heard. EDM artists ZHU and Krewella’s business manager Jake Udell locked into the music of Gallant enabling him to get his music out to an audience. His latest release ‘Ology’ takes a different path from his 2014 EP release ‘Zebra’ that record delved into the dark places of his experiences of living in NYC and trying to make it.

Gallant’s voice is a mix of whirling and swirling falsetto surrounding by retro, edgy, R&B vibes. A little bit of Prince on a dark evening. With his latest effort Ology he has managed to craft his vocals and bring them more upfront with the confidence he’s gained. He even covers one of my personal fav’s “Tell Me” by Groove Theory. This record has it’s own uniqueness, establishing Gallant’s R&B presence.
