Mostly taken from the outtakes of the 1994 record Division Bell , Pink Floyd is set to release what will be, according to David Gilmour, the album that will “not have any follow up”.

The Endless River will not only be a swan song for the band, but also a dedication to the late, former keyboard player Rick Wright who passed away in 2008.

Gilmour said about the record, “He has been underestimated by the public, by the media and by us at times I hate to say. I didn’t necessarily always give him his proper due. People have very different attitudes to the way they work and we can become very judgmental and think someone is not quite pulling his weight enough, without realizing that theirs is a different weight to pull.”
