The second full album from Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and Raf Daddy, was meant, at it’s inception, to be played extremely loudly in some British club. Taking in influences from all over the world and combining it with their own unique blend of house, dance, and playful rave.

Although the second offering from The 2 Bears The Night Is Young relies more on their worldliness (and their recent trip to South Africa) by collaborating with local artists on a handful of tracks – most notably “Money Man” – it’s still does not stray from the fact that you can’t help but dance along. This speaks volumes to how successful this album is from start to finish.

The 2 Bears are doing exactly what they do best, bringing happy and infectious attitudes to the music that has influenced them.
