There’s a lot of ink spilled on Drakes legitimacy – is he for real? Well, he’s working on dropping his third LP of the year (after his previous If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late and What A Time To Be Alive). He’s also become only the fourth artist in history to have 100 singles chart on the Billboard 100. He headlined Coachella, won a feud with Meek Mill and has another absolute fire of a remix from Erkah Badu to boast about. All of this in 2015 alone.

Drake might just be legit.

Badu’s re-imagining of the Toronto rappers “Hotline Bling” called “HOTLINE BLING BUT U CAINT USE MY PHONE MIX,” was co-written by seven Benjamin, Badu’s son with Andre 3000.

The track flips the perspective of a late night hookup to the female perspective on the other end of the call.
