In continuing the lead-up to their sophomore release Capacity, Big Thief, the new-wave indie rock darlings from Brooklyn, have released “Mary.” Another hearbreakingly great tune to go along with the other recent releases “Mythological Beauty” and “Shark Smile.” “Mary” is a slow-burner, where the piano washes through the foreground of Adrianne Lenker’s vocal performance.
