At The One and Only Palmilla, for us, the music had to complement the beauty and tranquility of the resort, from the spa’s blend of Mexican, Asian and global accents, the restaurant “Agua” and its take on mexiterranean cuisine, onto “Market” the first Jean Jorge restaurant South of the border with its understated elegance and Euro/Asian suisine. We have strived to give each location within the resort its own identity and believe that Prescriptive Music adds to the sensory stimulation.
